A sparkling wine made the traditional way. Sole Blue is crafted using the historic Col Fondo method, where the wine completes its fermentation in the bottle and rests on its natural yeast, creating its distinctive cloudy appearance and remarkable depth of flavour.

Made from the rare Vespaiola grape, it offers delicate floral aromas, gentle bubbles and a crisp, dry finish with a subtle bready complexity.
